Health and Wellness
The Trust believes that good health is the foundation of a dignified life. Our health initiatives focus on improving access to healthcare services, raising awareness, and building healthier communities through preventive and participatory approaches.
We work across multiple dimensions of health:
- Reproductive & Child Healthcare: Supporting mothers and young children with access to essential healthcare, immunization, and nutrition for a healthy start to life.
- Adolescent Sexual & Reproductive Health (SRH): Engaging adolescents in safe spaces to discuss their concerns, build awareness on reproductive rights, and promote informed decision-making.
- Mental Health in Communities: Creating dialogue, reducing stigma, and linking individuals with support systems to strengthen emotional well-being.
- Sanitation & Hygiene: Promoting safe sanitation practices and awareness on clean water usage to prevent diseases.
- Menstrual Health & Hygiene: Educating adolescent girls and women on menstrual hygiene management, breaking taboos, and improving access to safe menstrual products.
- Nutrition: Enhancing awareness on balanced diets and nutrition for children, adolescents, and women to fight malnutrition and anemia.
Through these interventions, the Trust works to empower communities with knowledge, access, and support systems, ensuring healthier lives and stronger futures.
