Simran – Field Facilitator
Simran is associated with our organization as a Field Facilitator, bringing with her over five years of grassroots experience in community development. A graduate by qualification and trained beautician, she has dedicated her career to working on crucial issues such as education, health, gender equality, reproductive and child healthcare, and other developmental concerns affecting marginalized communities. In her role, Simran has successfully established learning centres in the intervention areas, providing children with a space to learn and grow. She also manages the Khushihali Adda, a community hub designed to foster dialogue, awareness, and collective problem-solving. Simran plays a vital role in community mobilization and engagement, ensuring active participation of women, children, and youth in developmental initiatives. She also works closely with panchayat-level stakeholders to strengthen local governance and support effective project implementation. Her commitment and grassroots connect make her an integral part of our mission to empower communities and create sustainable change.
Rakhi Devi – Field Facilitator
Rakhi Devi is working with the organization as a Field Facilitator, contributing actively to community development initiatives. She has completed her Intermediate education and brings with her three years of experience in the areas of education, health, gender equality, and reproductive health. In her role, Rakhi is responsible for organizing and facilitating group meetings, ensuring effective program management, and strengthening dialogue with local stakeholders to support smooth implementation of projects. Her dedication and hands-on approach at the grassroots level make her an important link between the community and the organization, helping to address local challenges and promote inclusive development.
