Education

Education is at the heart of our mission to create a just and inclusive society. The Trust is committed to ensuring that every child has access to quality learning opportunities in a nurturing environment that supports their growth and development.

We work across different dimensions of education:

  • Early Childhood & FLN (Foundational Literacy and Numeracy): Supporting pre-school education and strengthening children’s foundational skills to prepare them for lifelong learning.
  • Child-Friendly & Inclusive Environment: Creating safe, engaging, and inclusive spaces where every child regardless of background or ability, can learn with dignity and joy.
  • Child Collectives: Encouraging children’s participation and leadership by forming collectives that give them a voice in school and community matters.
  • Strengthening School Governance: Engaging School Management Committees (SMCs) and parents in developing School Development Plans (SDPs) to ensure participatory and need-based improvements in schools.
  • Teachers’ Capacity Building: Working with teachers to adopt child-centered and activity-based teaching-learning methods, making classrooms more interactive, creative, and effective.

Through these initiatives, the Trust strives to not only improve learning outcomes but also to nurture confident, empowered, and socially aware children who can shape a better future for themselves and their communities.
